About the Role

Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP Clinics) is seeking a highly enthusiastic and professional Aesthetic Consultant. This role involves educating patients on proposed treatment care plans, managing patient interactions pre and post-operative, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with clinical providers to ensure an exceptional patient experience. A training period will be provided, after which consultants will be eligible for incentive pay in addition to a base salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive knowledge of all surgical and non-surgical services and educate patients on desired procedures to set realistic goals.
• Credential all providers and cross-promote services/treatments to meet company metrics.
• Meet with prospective patients during initial consultations to discuss surgical procedures, desired timeframes, and answer questions.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient data with detailed notes in EMR software.
• Prepare and present surgical packets, including price quotes, procedure information, and payment methods; assist with financing options.
• Schedule cosmetic surgical cases and coordinate patient care with surgery centers/hospitals/recovery suites.
• Generate follow-up calls and/or emails to prospective cosmetic patients.
• Optimize customer service and maintain relationships with current and prospective patients, demonstrating ethical sales practices.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times when interacting with patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional attire.
• Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and follow all company protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care and overall experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to work Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am-6 pm.
• Willing to travel between Rowland Heights & Arcadia clinics.

Pay Range: $25 - $30 USD per hour (Wave Arcadia)
