Senior Assistant Engineer

About the Role

Napino Auto & Electronics Limited, located in Imt Manesar, Gurgaon, is an established electrical and electronic manufacturing company. The Senior Assistant Engineer will support day-to-day engineering activities within the manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning.
• Monitor equipment performance.
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Troubleshoot basic process or equipment issues.
• Support the implementation of engineering changes.
• Maintain documentation.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, efficiency, and product quality.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other engineers to meet production targets and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electrical or electronics engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Basic skills in troubleshooting production or equipment issues and supporting preventive maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with quality standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional operational and technical teams.
• Proficiency in using common office and engineering software tools (e.g., MS Office, basic CAD or related applications is an advantage).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience or internship in an automotive or electronics manufacturing setup is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
