About the Role

A full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role focuses on assisting in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Support digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing team members.
• Respond to audience interactions.
• Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and community growth.
• Track performance and prepare basic reports.
• Stay updated on trends in social media and the cosmetics industry.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Ability to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content using common design or editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
