About the Role
HPC Engineering Co. is a leading provider of mechanical, structural, and piping engineering services. Professionals joining the company can expect to work on diverse, technically challenging projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
This is a full-time, on-site (when required) Autocad Designer role based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise detailed mechanical, structural, and piping drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop architectural and construction drawings.
- Assist with space planning layouts.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to integrate design requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing files.
- Update drawings based on feedback.
- Support design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify design details.
- Contribute to timely project delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
- Preferably experience with other CAD or BIM tools such as Revit or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of mechanical, structural, or piping design standards relevant to industrial and commercial projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Space Planning, with the ability to translate design concepts into clear layouts.
- Proficiency in Drawing and Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other team members.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple drawing revisions.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, or related engineering/technical discipline.
- Prior experience in HVAC, piping, or industrial design projects is an advantage.
