About the Role

The Patient Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role at Sun Diagnostic Centre in Sambalpur. This position is responsible for welcoming patients, managing inquiries, and guiding individuals through registration, billing, and appointment processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Business Relationship Management capabilities
• Finance-related skills for billing queries, payment options, and basic account clarification
• Sales skills for promoting diagnostic services and supporting patient retention
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable using computers and healthcare information systems
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (experience in a diagnostic or hospital setting is an advantage)
• At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education in healthcare administration, business, or related fields is beneficial)
