About the Role

The Veu role at BRG.INFRA is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing the use of Infra’s email infrastructure platform, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure reliable outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring deliverability metrics.
• Assisting with domain and mailbox setup.
• Coordinating DNS configuration.
• Helping resolve sending or warmup issues.
• Documenting processes.
• Collaborating with technical and sales teams.
• Providing clear, practical guidance to users.
• Managing tasks proactively.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work with email infrastructure concepts such as domains, mailboxes, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and deliverability monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing configuration issues, tracking performance, and identifying risks in outbound setups.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical, sales, and operations teams and explaining technical details in clear, practical terms.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, process adherence, and quality control in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort with dashboard-based tools, basic data handling, and structured workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division.
• Ability to manage time independently.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in operations, support, or email/sales infrastructure.
• Familiarity with email or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
