About the Role
You will edit everything we put out: reels, product films, behind-the-scenes from the workshop, and founder content. You will work directly with the founder, from the first frame on set to the final export.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit reels, photos, product films, and campaign cuts end to end, from rough cut to colour grade, sound, and final export.
- Build motion graphics, titles, and transitions.
- Create AI-generated jewellery videos and visuals, from prompting to the final edit.
- Keep the brand's visual language consistent across every reel, story, and post.
- Help on production and shoots, and capture BTS and workshop footage when needed.
- Maintain and organise our content library (raw footage, photos, final edits, AI assets) so anything can be found in under a minute.
- Turn one shoot into many pieces: reels, stories, stills, and short cuts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong working command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
- Lightroom and Photoshop are a plus.
- Colour grading and sound design that hold up on a big screen.
- A decent eye for camera framing and shooting.
- Experience making AI-generated video, with a good grasp of how AI models work and how to prompt them well, is a big plus.
