About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and individual clients.
- Manage client accounts, understand their needs, and propose suitable education and career solutions.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Prepare proposals.
- Track sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with counselling and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Monitor market trends.
- Provide feedback on products and services.
- Contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into long-term relationships.
- Solid understanding of business and sales processes, including pipeline management and basic negotiation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in education, EdTech, counselling, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
