What We Are Looking For

Primarily seeking individuals experienced in hospitality with an understanding of operations. Candidates should be good with people, possess a positive attitude, and have strong problem-solving skills. Comfort with systems, administrative tasks, and motivating a small team is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar area for service by compiling tasks specified on the opening/closing procedures
• Ensure all drinks are produced to the correct standard as specified in the bar manual
• Maintain required stock levels at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar at all times
• Have full knowledge of all products available
• Report any dangerous, damaged, or faulty equipment to the Department Manager
• Record any wastage in the wastage book
• Observe fire and health and safety regulations at all times
• Work as part of a team towards efficiency in the bar, ensuring it retains a friendly environment
• Take drink orders
• Create and serve beverages
• Get to know members and guests
• Maintain a clean and efficient bar
• Deal with complaints
• Account for bill payments
• Work within the order of service
• Operate a bar station and control the flow of drinks
• Attend all training sessions as scheduled
• Any other ad hoc duties as directed by Management

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable with systems and administrative tasks
• Experience managing and motivating a small team
• Micros system experience
• Experience working in hospitality
• Understanding of how operations work

Qualifications
