About the Role

New Mark Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate care. We are hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to join a supportive, mission-driven healthcare team. New grads are welcome.

• Shifts: Full-time, Part-time, PRN; All shifts available; 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and record medications/treatments.
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Educate and support residents and their families.
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Document observations and care provided.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• GPNs: Completion of a Practical Nursing program.
• Eligibility for Missouri licensure.
