The Role
As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will create learning experiences that challenge professionals to improve their thinking, communication, and leadership abilities. This role is for individuals who enjoy working with people, reading a room, and adapting facilitation in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions for professionals and future leaders.
- Help learners build communication, confidence, executive presence, and workplace effectiveness.
- Lead discussions, practice activities, and reflective exercises.
- Create a safe, engaging, and challenging learning environment.
- Observe learner behaviour and adapt facilitation style in the moment.
- Work with curriculum, operations, and leadership teams.
- Improve session quality through feedback and iteration.
- Build your own facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
