Content Designer(Image & Video)

About the Role

A full-time, on-site Content Designer (Image & Video) role at turtil, based in Hyderabad. The Content Designer will create visual content, including images, illustrations, motion graphics, and short-form video, to clearly communicate product features, workflows, and engineering concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand requirements.
• Translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across platforms.
• Plan and execute content campaigns.
• Manage visual assets.
• Optimize content for digital channels.
• Iterate on existing visual content based on feedback, performance metrics, and user research.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Content Design skills: image creation, video production, visual storytelling.
• Content Strategy and Content Management skills.
• Communication and Research skills.
• Experience with design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of digital platforms, basic UI/UX principles, and optimizing content for web and social media is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
