Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines and quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in managing and guiding software development teams through complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively within custom software environments.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
Qualifications
- 15 years full-time education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
