Management Trainee

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for their Management Training Program. Locations: Fairfax, VA or Tysons, VA

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master skills to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Gain experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build community relationships essential for business growth.
• Excel at customer service, prioritizing customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
• Satisfactory background check, including driving record (no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the last 3 years, no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years), employment references, education, and social security.

Preferred: Under 25-minute commute to the posted location in rush hour traffic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following:
• Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
