About the Role
- Join Uline as a 2027 UX Intern and work on real projects that shape the online experience for Uline customers.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to translate customer insights into meaningful design solutions that enhance Uline’s ecommerce channels.
- This position is on-site at Corporate Headquarters, Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline's eCommerce channels.
- Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses, and stakeholder interviews to identify and confirm user needs.
- Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
- Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- This is a full-time, 12-week internship.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
- Curiosity to understand user perspective.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Open to Junior-status college students only.
- On-site work environment.
