Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship real AI agents and workflow orchestrations.
- Design hybrid, deterministic, and AI-driven workflows for business processes.
- Use AI as an assistive capability for review and insights, not as the final decision-maker.
- Collaborate with the transformation team on enterprise AI solutions, including construction loan management (draw and closing processes) and finance automation.
- Apply guardrails, governance, and evaluation practices to production-ready agentic workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience building and shipping real agents and workflow orchestration.
- Strong Python skills.
- Practical experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.
- Fluency with Fluent and AI coding agents.
- Experience using AI coding tools; AWS Kiro preferred, with Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf also acceptable.
- Ability to deliver production-ready solutions from day one.
Qualifications
- Experience with the Strands Agents framework (the team's standard).
- LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI experience is acceptable if able to adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of financial services or lending-domain workflows.
- Experience with GraphRAG, guardrails, governance, and agent evaluation.
- Comfort with hybrid deterministic and AI workflow design.
