About the Role
Seeking ambitious, high-energy Management Trainees to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure across multiple business functions—sales, marketing, fulfilment, procurement, and contract manufacturing. You will work directly with the leadership team, take on real responsibilities, and contribute to building and scaling factori.com. Assignment to a specific function will be based on interests, strengths, and performance, leading to a full-time leadership role.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with founders and the leadership team on day-to-day business operations.
- Gain hands-on experience across key functions: sales, marketing, fulfilment, procurement, and contract manufacturing.
- Take ownership of projects and deliverables.
- Interact with retailers, manufacturers, and partners to understand and solve business problems.
- Contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and help shape the growth strategy of factori.com.
Qualifications
- Graduates or post-graduates in B.Com, BBM, BBA, B.Tech, M.Com, or MBA from a recognized university.
- Must have completed graduation/post-graduation.
- Freshers welcome; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Self-starters comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passionate about e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.
- Available to join immediately.
Compensation & Growth
- Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month during the 6-month training period.
- Performance Review: At the end of 6 months, trainees will receive a salary increment and promotion based on performance.
