About the Role
Quality and Performance Analyst at NTT DATA North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new projects and facilitate NTT start-up processes (Kick off, Project creation, Project Planning) according to NTT process framework, satisfying ISO and CMMI standards.
- Review project plans and ensure their approval.
- Bring projects under internal audit purview and conduct regular internal audits.
- Connect with project teams on deliverables/activities to understand project health, highlight risks, and escalate non-green projects to appropriate forums.
- Collect and analyze ongoing metrics, highlight risks, and plan corrective actions.
- Conduct regular compliance checks (weekly, monthly) as required for different activities and assist in closing compliance issues.
- Assist project teams with external audits and coordinate with them.
- Participate in internal audits of support functions as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 20000.
- Familiarity with CMMI at least till level 3, preferably level 4 and level 5.
- Experience in implementing ISO and CMMI standards in projects.
- Auditing experience.
