Sales Intern

About the Role

Crink.App is a Kochi-based mental wellness startup aiming to provide "Human + AI wellbeing for professionals to show up better at work and life." We are seeking Sales Interns who can engage with individuals, understand their needs, and guide them towards appropriate therapy or coaching programs. This is a 2-month unpaid training internship with the potential for a full-time role for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in conversations with potential clients from initial contact to closing.
• Assist clients in identifying and starting the right therapy or coaching program.
• Communicate effectively with professionals, parents, and couples regarding stress, relationships, and parenting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to converse fluently in Malayalam and English.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and a good listener.
• Understanding of client needs is as important as sales pitching.
• An interest in mental health, wellness, or coaching is a plus.
• Location: Work from our Kochi office or remotely.
• Duration: 2 months (unpaid training internship).
• Outcome: Potential for a full-time offer based on performance, internship certificate, and letter of recommendation for strong performers.
