About the Role
AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you will help shape meaningful before and after school moments for children.
Role Details
- Locations: Kenton/Independence KY-Caywood, Kenton, Hinsdale, River Ridge, Summit, Taylor Mill, White Tower and St Paul Floaters needed
- Hours:
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- PM Shift: 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- Availability: Must be able to work both shifts.
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Hiring bonus: $200.00
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
- Make child safety the top priority at all times and follow procedures closely.
- Keep the space clean and organized.
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
- 6 months school age experience.
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment.
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
