About the Role
- Provides excellent customer service to all patrons of the Gift Shops and Scrub Shop.
- Monitors entrance to greet and assist individuals.
- Maintains a neat and tidy workspace in retail areas and facility entrances.
- Responsible for problem-solving in both retail and entrance areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately rings up sales transactions in the gift shop and scrub shop.
- Follows cash policies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- POS system
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to correctly count money.
- Must be able to troubleshoot on POS system.
- Must be able to communicate in English (verbal & written).
- Six months in a retail or customer service position required.
- Prefer experience as a cashier.
