About the Role

• An internship opportunity within the finance team for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience looking to kickstart a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing invoices and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
• Support vendor management by maintaining vendor records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing.
• Participate in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Provide support in preparing reports related to accounts payable activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel
• Other accounting software (a plus)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and vendor management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Recent graduates with a B.Com degree are encouraged to apply.
