Key Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements, including planning, execution, and documentation of statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Review financial records.
• Prepare working papers.
• Assist in tax computations and filings.
• Support compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.
• Support due diligence and data analysis for mergers and acquisitions assignments.
• Maintain organized records.
• Coordinate with clients for information and clarifications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel proficiency.
• Basic familiarity with accounting and tax software.

Qualifications

• Registered CA Article trainee (IPCC/Intermediate cleared as per ICAI requirements) and eligible to commence articleship.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing standards, and basic tax concepts.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
