About the Role

BrightCHAMPS is a global edtech platform focused on bridging the gap between traditional education and real-world skills for children. This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru South, designed for freshers starting their careers. The role involves identifying potential leads, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting the sales funnel from initial contact to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market research.
• Reaching out to parents and partners through calls or online channels.
• Presenting BrightCHAMPS’ offerings.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
• Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns.
• Participating in product demos.
• Gathering feedback from customers.
• Achieving assigned targets.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Contributing ideas to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening abilities.
• Effective presentation skills and experience or comfort with delivering presentations to individuals or small groups.
• Ability to support lead generation activities, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up with potential customers.
• Basic market research skills to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in edtech.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification; recent graduates and freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in education and technology, with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or data entry tools) is an advantage.
