About the Role

Unparalleld is a private travel advisory house based in Hyderabad, working with a select number of globally mobile, discerning families. The firm designs bespoke luxury journeys focusing on highly personalized geography, access, and sensory design tailored to each individual.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Luxury Travel Designer & Operations Associate. The role involves designing bespoke itineraries and luxury travel experiences, aligning each journey with clients’ lifestyles, cultural interests, and mobility needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients.
• Designing bespoke luxury travel experiences.
• Managing travel arrangements and reservations.
• Coordinating premium stays and private experiences.
• Overseeing end-to-end trip operations.
• Liaising with global partners and service providers.
• Maintaining accurate booking and documentation.
• Ensuring seamless logistics before, during, and after each journey.
• Handling client communication.
• Resolving issues promptly.
• Supporting concierge planning.
• Upholding Unparalleld’s standards of quiet luxury and precision.

Qualifications & Skills

• Skills in Travel Consulting and client advisory for bespoke, luxury travel experiences.
• Skills in Travel Management and end-to-end itinerary oversight, including complex multi-stop journeys.
• Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and special access experiences.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage high-touch, discreet, and detail-oriented client interactions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and travel booking platforms.
• Cultural curiosity, global awareness, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, travel management, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle services is an advantage.
