Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain NoBroker.com’s services, including rental agreements and home services.
- Answer customer queries.
- Understand customer needs.
- Recommend suitable plans or services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Follow up with leads.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Sales and Customer Support skills.
- Training-related skills: ability to learn processes quickly and apply feedback.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM or calling tools.
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification; freshers are welcome.
- Comfort with working in target-driven environments.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts if required.
Prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage.
