About the Role

The Life Insurance Business Associate is a full-time, on-site role based all over the country, with placement in the nearest branch of Tata AIA Life. This role involves hiring and supporting Life Insurance Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Training the team on product features and benefits.
• Assisting with proposal forms.
• Coordinating documentation.
• Following up on applications and renewals.
• Updating the team on company reward structures.
• Helping advisors secure business, increase earnings, and achieve promotions.
• Collaborating with internal teams.
• Participating in sales activities.
• Achieving assigned business targets.
• Staying updated on Tata AIA Life Insurance products and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret policy details, and support sound financial recommendations.
• Finance and Business knowledge to understand life insurance products, market trends, and business development processes.
• Effective Communication skills to explain complex information clearly, build trust, and maintain professional client relationships.
• Leadership qualities to build, manage, and grow a vibrant and productive team.
• Relevant experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
• Ability to work with targets, manage time efficiently, and use basic office and CRM tools is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent experience may be considered.
