Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guest drink and food orders within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change, complying with company Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
- Make recommendations to guests, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
- Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Point-of-sale system usage.
- Cash handling procedures.
