About the Role
This internship is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in networking and are eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise networking and data centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Work with LAN, WAN, VLAN, and wireless networking technologies.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols.
- Support network documentation, inventory management, and asset tracking.
- Travel to client sites and data centre locations as required to support deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other operational activities.
- Demonstrate good troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Routing & Switching.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and learning skills.
