Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify inaccuracies and anomalies.
• Investigate anomalous or faulty data.
• Adopt data corrections measures and/or log tickets to escalate to client-facing support teams.
• Streamline the data auditing process and bring inefficiencies wherever possible.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate Fresher, non-technical background.
• Experience in Data Auditing using Ops Portal (Operational Portal) and Remedy.
• Ability to communicate (Oral/Written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
• Required schedule availability for this position is any 5 days in the week.
• Shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
• Resources may have to work on an extra day basis business requirement.

Qualifications

• Any non-BTech graduate with English as a compulsory subject.
