About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Quality Engineer located in Pune, Maharashtra. The Quality Engineer will oversee product quality processes, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes, including inspection, testing, and identifying defects.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles to monitor and improve manufacturing reliability and consistency.
- Understanding of Product Quality strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure product excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry certifications like ASME and IBR regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
