About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for various roles at Crio.Do, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job descriptions.
- Source candidates.
- Screen resumes.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers.
- Help with employer branding activities, such as promoting roles on relevant platforms and supporting recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People team to understand role requirements.
- Update candidate communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting or strong interest in it.
- Ability to support Hiring processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and coordination.
- Interest in Employer Branding initiatives.
- Basic skills in Interviewing support, including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, email) and willingness to learn new tools.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
