About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role oversees day-to-day project execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure work progresses according to plan, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities.
• Supervise construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues that arise during project implementation.
• Prepare and review project reports.
• Track milestones.
• Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support project planning.
• Verify material requirements.
• Ensure all regulatory and documentation needs are met.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and site supervision skills, including scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking.
• Skills in communication and stakeholder management, enabling effective collaboration with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges and maintain project timelines.
• Basic technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality and safety standards.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience in real estate or property development projects in a similar supervisory role is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
