Type: Full time – On site
Remuneration: 14,000–16,000/- p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
- Assisting with client onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and clients for transaction-related queries.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating client investment data.
- Preparing transaction reports, portfolio summaries, and MIS reports.
- Ensuring timely execution and reconciliation of transactions.
- Supporting compliance and documentation requirements.
- Handling basic client communication via email and phone.
- Monitoring SIP renewals, pending transactions, and follow-ups.
- Assisting the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (B.Com, BAF, BBA, BMS, etc.) within the last one year.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
