Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily PV case selection and allocation as per client SOPs and WIs.
- Conduct Quality Review/QC of valid and invalid cases within defined SLAs.
- Document cases in the SMOCQA tool.
- Analyze refuted errors and support quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to client/TCS quality standards, SLAs, and trainings.
- Participate in internal, client, and vendor oversight meetings.
- Support audits as an SME for Quality Review processes.
- Perform additional PV/QC activities assigned by the supervisor.
