About the Role
The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job postings.
- Identify suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Assess technical and cultural fit of candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to applicants.
- Negotiate offers.
- Support onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and online professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills.
- IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills.
- Hiring expertise, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT staffing or recruitment; agency or consulting experience is an advantage.
