Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Mumbai. The developer will design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop front-end user interfaces.
• Implement back-end functionality.
• Optimize site performance.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, content specialists, and project managers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Keep codebases secure, scalable, and well-documented.
• Stay current with web technologies and best practices to support high-quality, reliable digital experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong front-end skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design.
• Experience in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid back-end and server-side capabilities, including Back-End Web Development and Programming, using relevant languages, frameworks, and databases.
• Comprehensive Web Development experience, covering the full website lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in responsive and cross-platform design, performance optimization, and basic SEO-friendly development practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging tools, and security best practices is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or product-focused environment is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
