Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Shilp Group’s online presence by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting posts for social media platforms.
• Assisting in designing visual content.
• Monitoring engagement on social media.
• Responding to comments or queries.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand goals.
• Tracking performance metrics.
• Conducting basic competitor and trend research.
• Suggesting ideas to improve audience reach and engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube).
• Basic knowledge of content design tools (e.g., Canva or similar).

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including a basic understanding of campaigns, branding, and audience targeting.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
