About the Role

NEXELVA Exports Private Limited is an India-based export company connecting premium agricultural and eco-friendly products with global markets. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and direction for NEXELVA Exports Private Limited, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion in global export markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Managing financial performance.
• Cross-functional coordination across sourcing, logistics, sales, and customer relationships.
• Developing and executing long-term business plans.
• Driving strategic partnerships.
• Representing the organization with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
• Setting performance goals.
• Building and mentoring leadership teams.
• Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Promoting a culture of quality, innovation, and sustainability.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities.
• Ensuring NEXELVA’s products and services remain competitive and aligned with global standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Finance skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Operations Management skills, with experience in supply chain, logistics, and process optimization.
• Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to define and implement long-term growth strategies.
• Sales skills, including international business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
• Experience in export/import operations, international trade regulations, and global compliance standards is highly beneficial.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role within FMCG, agri-commodities, or related sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a related field is desirable.
