As a Retail Sales Associate at Burlington Stores, Inc., you will be an ambassador of the brand, providing world-class service to customers. This role is for individuals who are outgoing, upbeat, people-persons with great organizational skills, and who thrive in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor
• Supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations
• Assisting customers in locating merchandise
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager

Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Pay

• Base Pay: $17.75 per hour
