Visual Designer

About the Role

The Visual Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Visual Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, and web interfaces that support iLabkart’s healthcare and fitness B2B offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine visual assets for digital and print materials.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into clear visual communication.
• Prepare design files for production and deployment.
• Design user-friendly layouts for web and digital platforms.
• Create graphics that communicate complex information simply.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.
• Contribute to design guidelines and templates to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Visual Design and Graphic Design skills.
• Experience in Branding and Graphics.
• Proficiency in Web Design.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to create clear, engaging, and professional visuals including but not limited to presentations, manuals, social media posts, emailers for B2B audiences.
• Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity, style guides, and consistent visual language.
• Understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design for digital platforms.
• Ability to prepare files for print and digital use.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design work for corporate, healthcare, or technology sectors.
• B2B or healthcare/fitness domain experience is an advantage.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
