About the Role
The E-commerce Catalog Executive (Product Sourcing & Listing) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves sourcing interior and decor products from suppliers, evaluating product quality and pricing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source interior and decor products from suppliers.
- Evaluate product quality and pricing.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Organize product data.
- Create accurate and compelling product listings.
- Upload content to e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure catalogs are complete, consistent, and up to date.
- Monitor stock status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for new launches.
- Optimize listings for search and conversion.
- Resolve catalog-related issues that affect customer experience.
- Track performance metrics.
- Identify gaps or opportunities in the catalog.
- Support sales and customer service teams with product information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Commerce knowledge for product sourcing, pricing, and basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
- Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating product performance, monitoring catalog accuracy, and interpreting sales or inventory data.
- Clear Communication abilities for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders on product and catalog requirements.
- Customer Service skills to support queries related to product information and ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Sales awareness to understand customer preferences, improve product presentation, and contribute to higher conversions.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-growing, tech-first environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in catalog management or e-commerce operations is preferred.
