Vertretungslehrer

About the Role

As a Vertretungslehrer (Substitute Teacher) at ICB Capital LLC, you will take on pedagogical responsibility for classes during the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring the structured and goal-oriented continuation of lessons. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing existing lesson plans.
• Adapting content as needed to match student learning levels.
• Fostering a learning-conducive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Delivering learning content.
• Guiding exercises.
• Supervising students.
• Collaborating with colleagues to coordinate teaching content and organizational processes.

Qualifications

• Pedagogical Competencies: Knowledge in education and didactics, and experience in teaching and supporting diverse learning groups.
• Lesson Planning: Ability to plan lessons, implement existing lesson plans, and prepare learning materials in a structured manner.
• Communication & Training: Strong communication skills, confident demeanor in front of groups, and experience in knowledge transfer or training learners.
• Professional and Formal Requirements: A completed degree in education or a comparable teaching qualification is preferred. Experience as a teacher or trainer is advantageous.
• Personal Attributes: High sense of responsibility, patience, conflict resolution skills, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a structured manner.
