About the Role

A brand management startup based in Goa is hiring a talented and skilled Content Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and refine content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns that support client brands and business goals.
• Research client industries and audiences.
• Develop content concepts aligned with strategy.
• Draft clear and engaging copy.
• Ensure consistency with brand tone and messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive content across digital channels and meet project deadlines.
• Review and update existing content for accuracy, clarity, and impact.
• Incorporate feedback from internal and client stakeholders.
• Visualize content and be a great storyteller.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Adapt writing style to different industries and platforms.
• Proofread content to ensure it is free of grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Be a quick learner with attention to detail.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Superior command in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to converse in an additional language: Hindi / Marathi / Konkani / Gujarati.
• Excellent eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• Freshers with talent are welcome.
• Copywriting understanding is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• A portfolio or references of any past work would be ideal, but not mandatory.
• Local candidates available in Goa for immediate joining only.
