Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Trainee / US IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers with a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology to join our US IT Recruitment team. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for clients in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in technical recruitment and gain exposure to the US IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions in the US market.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' communication skills, availability, work authorization, and interest in opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop an understanding of US IT roles, technologies, employment types, and hiring practices.
• Work towards recruitment targets, submission goals, and timely closure of positions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment and human resources are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, databases, and software development is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (06:00 PM IST To 03:30 AM IST).
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a target-driven environment, and manage multiple requirements.

• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
