About the Role

WINSMED PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED is a growing pharmaceutical company focused on delivering quality medicines and healthcare products. This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Balrampur.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately.
• Provide clear guidance on dosage, side effects, and safe use.
• Maintain proper records as per regulatory requirements.
• Verify prescriptions.
• Check for drug interactions.
• Manage inventory and stock rotation.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for all medicines.
• Counsel patients.
• Coordinate with prescribers for clarification when needed.
• Uphold strict standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharmacy qualification (e.g., D.Pharm or B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate pharmacy council.
• Strong knowledge of prescription medications, dosage calculations, drug interactions, and standard treatment guidelines.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and comply with regulatory and documentation requirements.
• Effective communication and patient counseling skills, with a focus on clarity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Basic computer literacy for working with digital records, billing systems, and inventory tools.
• Prior experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is an advantage.
