About the Role

We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work on a B2B product, driving product strategy, business growth, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, development, and execution for a B2B product.
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and potential business use cases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and improve product adoption.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product validation.
• Take ownership of initiatives from ideation to execution, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to business growth, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of B2B products, business models, and product development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in product management, business strategy, startups, or entrepreneurship would be an advantage.
