Join our Pulmonology, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine team in Brunswick, ME! We provide exceptional patient care and a supportive, team-focused environment. Our mission is to ensure every patient receives a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. The Patient Service Specialist (PSS) plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient, building meaningful connections and supporting their healthcare journey. This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, answer telephones, and schedule appointments with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the office.
- Maintain accuracy with records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure patient scheduling and referral needs are met.
- Assist in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Six months of medical office experience required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficient computer skills preferred.
