Learning and Development Associate

About the Role

The Learning and Development Associate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support onboarding, process training, and sales enablement. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable with content creation, facilitation, and coordination within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs.
• Create engaging training materials including presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments.
• Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions.
• Facilitate interactive and outcome-driven sessions using activities, case studies, and role-based exercises.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content.
• Support capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage training schedules and trackers.
• Ensure training resources are organized and accessible.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback.
• Continuously improve content quality, delivery methods, and domain knowledge.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must want to work in a Learning & Development / training role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• An eye for detail in content and processes.
• Comfortable creating content (slides, docs, guides).
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and concepts quickly.
• Patience in handling repetitive tasks like content updates and training coordination.
• Desire to improve training, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Desire to build expertise in content creation and people development.

Not Ideal For

• Individuals not comfortable with training-related responsibilities such as content creation and program execution.
• Individuals not comfortable with facilitating sessions or speaking in front of groups.
• Individuals not confident in handling learner queries, feedback, or training-related escalations.
• Individuals not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week).
