About the Role
Binated is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative - French & English. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products/services.

Location: Aundh, Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through email, chat, or phone using your command over the French language.
- Provide Customer Support by assisting with processes and solving customer queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer coordination.
- Ensure tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner.
- Respond to customers in tickets, address issues, and follow up as needed.
Requirements
- B2 Level Proficiency in French.
- Strong command over written English (grammatically correct).
- Readiness to work in Night shifts.
- 5 days working.
- Open to relocation.
- Ready to Work from Office from the Pune location.
